August 19th - Trash Disco with KPFT's DJ AC

This week, it's a DISCO TAKEOVER with DJ AC. You can catch his shows on KPFT from 3 am to 5 am on Saturdays, but we wanted to move him to prime time. It's an hour of disco inferno for the hot August night!  And follow DJ AC with his TRASH DISCO shows around Houston. You can find him on the socials as Alfonso Alex Charry.

Hi there, you are listening to Queer Voices on KPFT Houston. I am Rick Hullum, and this week we are diving into disco with DJ AC, also known as Alfonso Alex Cherry of Trash Disco fame. You can catch DJ AC spinning at local Houston clubs and on KPFT late into Saturday night from 3 a.m. until 5 a.m. Well, he is such a great guy and a great DJ. I couldn't help but put him on the prime time slot this week. So here is one hour of a recent show that he's fine. Your voices will return to its normal interview format next week.
